phslit Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the phslit platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the phslit platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phslit's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phslit. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

phslit reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the phslit platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the phslit platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phslit, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the phslit platform or any other gaming platform operated by phslit's affiliates.

phslit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. phslit takes its age verification obligations seriously and will not knowingly permit minors to access the platform.

To create a phslit account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the phslit platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid email address during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify phslit immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• phslit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

phslit reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where phslit has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, false, or misleading, or where the registration would violate these Terms or applicable law.

phslit supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the phslit platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phslit account upon confirmation of receipt of funds. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phslit does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds into your account.
• phslit aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• phslit reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

phslit reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, phslit may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

phslit offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• phslit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other abusive behavior will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• phslit reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts credited in error.

All games available on the phslit platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

phslit uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, phslit reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the player's account. phslit's decision in such matters is final. phslit shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phslit platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phslit staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools or restrictions imposed on your account.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion or a permanent account closure at any time by contacting phslit customer support. During any self-exclusion period, phslit will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.

All content on the phslit platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of phslit or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phslit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phslit platform without the prior written consent of phslit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phslit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phslit platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phslit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phslit account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phslit does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phslit shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond its reasonable control.

phslit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to phslit's verification and withdrawal procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phslit's customer support team for resolution. phslit will endeavor to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phslit's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

phslit reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, phslit will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, phslit may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the phslit platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting phslit customer support.
